"The property this retreat is held on borders the national forest and lies at the base of towering Mount Mitchell. It felt like I was on vacation in a painting...words cannot describe the property itself. I had high expectations when I signed up and they were easily surpassed in every aspect. Liz knows how to relax and I suggest you follow her lead! The chef was amazing, talented, and friendly. There was healthy food on the table at all times.
